Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important. Personal information will not be sold or shared with anyone. Your email address will only be used to confirm your order, and if you've joined the mailing list, to send you show schedules and discount offers. Credit Card numbers are not retained. In fact, by using PayPal's secure payment method, Kintera Arts never even sees your credit card number.
Ordering
The minimum for a web based purchase is just $10.00. Credit card purchases are accepted via PayPal through the shopping cart. If you do not have a membership with PayPal, just click on the continue button on the page that asks you to log in. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use this site for payment. The log in allows PayPal members to autofill the payment information or use funds they have stored in thier account. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please contact me through the Contact form. Tell me which items you are interested in and the payment method. I will hold those items for you and email you an invoice for the total amount. Items won't be shipped until after a money order has been received or a check has cleared.
Most items on the site are one of a kind. If more than one person orders an item before I have a chance to update the site, the first person to order the item will receive it. I will notify the second person of the situation and if it's possible to reproduce the item I will. If it's not possible to reproduce or the delay in time is unacceptable, full payment will be returned.
Custom Orders
To custom order, send an email to me with a description of what you are looking for. If the items is of a nature that it cannot be sold to anyone but you (for example, your name or photo is embedded in it) then a non-refundable deposit may be required. I will create that item and send you a picture for your approval along with the price and instructions for purchasing that item. If it doesn't quite match what you wanted you are not obligated to buy.
Shipping
If the item you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified. Your order will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped. All items are shipped via USPS with insurance. Shipping and handling charges are $5.00 for orders totalling under $75. For orders $75 and over shipping is free.
Returns and exchanges
I hope that you are delighted with your online purchases but, if you need to return or exchange the product for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of the purchase. To return or exchange any Kintera Arts item email anne@KinteraArts.com or use the Contact form.
Guarantee
All items are made entirely by me in my home studio. All items except bottles and ornaments come with a lifetime guarantee. If the item needs repair, bring or ship all the pieces you can find back to me and I will repair it free of charge. There may be a small fee for the replacement of any component(s) not returned with the item for repair. Email me at anne@KinteraArts.com to arrange a meeting or obtain shipping information.
Product Images
I have attempted to display as accurately as possible the colors on this site. However, because the images you see depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that the color will be accurate. In addition, some images have been enlarged to show detail or reduced to fit on the screen.
Pricing
All prices on this site are represented in U.S. dollars. Pricing is based on both the materials used and the skill required to create each work of art. Tax will be added to all sales in the state of Michigan.
Terms of Use
The content of this site may be used as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the content of this site is strictly prohibited. By using this site, you agree to our terms and conditions set forth in this site. If you do not wish to accept these terms, do not use this site. Kintera Arts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
